Blue Force Gear Standard Vickers AK Sling

Designed from the ground up to be simple, durable, functional, comfortable, and economical, this AK rifle sling is built for AK-47, AK-74, AKM-style rifles, and other compatible platforms. It provides a reliable alternative to issued canvas straps and hard-to-fit commercial slings.

Based on the combat-proven Vickers Sling platform used by the U.S. military, this sling features quick-adjust technology that allows it to be instantly lengthened or shortened without a sling tail to snag or parts to break. Maintain close, secure weapon retention while carrying, then quickly extend the sling to shoulder and fire without removing the weapon or untangling the sling. The sling can be adjusted to fit the individual with or without body armor or other gear. More than 200,000 Vickers Slings are in use with the U.S. military.

The front includes a Molded Universal Wire Loop (UWL), which attaches quietly and securely to the elongated eyelet on a handguard retainer or gas block using nylon-coated, aircraft-grade stainless steel cable. The UWL can also be passed underneath the gas tube for left-hand installation. Threaded onto the front of the sling, it can be removed for a more customized application.

The rear features two triglides for attachment to buttstocks, folding stocks, wire stocks, or virtually any other stock type. With dependable materials, versatile mounting options, and proven quick-adjust performance, this durable AK sling provides comfortable all-day carry and rapid weapon access.
